It depends on the package. Evening, morning, private and overnight safaris include 4×4 pickup and drop-off in Dubai (private or shared, as shown on each package). Bus packages use a shared bus from a confirmed pickup point in Dubai or Sharjah. Self-drive packages have no transfer: you drive to the desert meeting point. For dune buggy rides we confirm the meeting point when you book. Your exact pickup time is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Standard red dune bashing lasts about 30 minutes with licensed safari drivers in the Lahbab Desert.
Lightweight, comfortable clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen and closed shoes or sandals. Bring a light jacket in winter evenings.
Evening and VIP safaris include a BBQ dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Morning safaris generally do not include meals.
Yes, families are welcome. Young children, elderly guests and pregnant travellers may be advised to skip dune bashing; alternatives can often be arranged.
