You can cancel your desert safari free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your safari's start time (your pickup time, or the meeting time on self drive packages), you pay nothing, and anything you have already paid is refunded in full.
Less than 24 hours before
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are not covered by free cancellation. Please message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we will tell you what we can do for your booking.
How to cancel or change a booking
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 298 5853 or email booking@pinkrocktourism.com with your name, the date and the package you booked. A cancellation counts from the time we receive your message. To change the date or the package instead of cancelling, contact us in the same way and we will check availability.
Refunds
Refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are made in full. We confirm the refund with you on WhatsApp when you cancel.
