What we collect
The booking form on this website does not store anything on our server. When you press “Send booking on WhatsApp”, it opens WhatsApp with your name, phone number, number of guests, tour, date and pickup location written into a message, which you choose to send to us. We also receive whatever you send us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, arrange your booking and pickup, and contact you about that booking.
Sharing
We share your details only with the drivers and camp staff who need them to run your safari. We do not sell your details.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not set its own cookies or use advertising trackers. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you: email booking@pinkrocktourism.com or message us on WhatsApp.
