Why pickup times change
Evening safaris are timed so you reach the dunes for sunset, so pickup is earlier in winter and later in summer. Pickup also depends on how far your hotel is from the desert. We send your exact time on WhatsApp before your safari.
Self drive: what you need to know
Self drive packages do not include pickup or drop-off. You drive your own car or a rental to our meeting point; we send the map location on WhatsApp. The standard self drive package has parking at the meeting point.
Bus pickup: how it works
The bus collects guests from confirmed pickup points in Dubai and Sharjah. Tell us where you are staying and we tell you the nearest point and the time.
Tips
- Share your hotel name or address when you book, not just the area.
- Be ready in the lobby a few minutes before your pickup time.
- Keep WhatsApp switched on: your driver may message you on the day.
